Primarily a recreational studio teaching classes, camps, & programs for recreational purposes and benefits
our instructors are also well qualified and capable of preparing students for exciting careers
in the up and coming field of Aerial Dance and Aerial Dance Performance.
AERIAL DANCE: MORE THAN GOOD FITNESS!
The inspiration to open Aerial Dance Over Denver came because I realized “people NEED to do this!” But why? People can already dance on the ground. On ice. In water. With fire. Why do they need to dance in the air?
The answer: Our body is our soul’s instrument for expression. Dancing in the air is a higher form of expression. It is the free-est form of expression. It enables us to move in infinite ways that have not been available to us prior to Aerial Dance.
As a new year begins to unfold bringing each of us infinite possibility for growth & discovery, I encourage you to discover how Aerial Dance can enhance and truly transform your life this month, this year. It WILL help you find your true self, become your true self at whatever level you choose to engage in it. to see your yoga practice soar? How about giving aerial yoga a spin?
We take a flowing vinyasa class into the air for balance, strength, flexibility

Classes are appropriate for all levels so come on in Wednesday mornings

or Sunday mornings at 10!
